I surely couldn't believe what I was reading of what they did to very small children if they said a bad word or a mistake by accident. All of the hitting they got just by saying something wrong. That is like so, so bad to do to small children, maybe just slaping them on their hands might be better than giving them a smack on their small little hands and legs. Especially because then they might hate so much that person that always gave him/her a smack on the hands and legs.
